The kitchen is  very practical with everything in easy reach. There are ample store cupboards, a tall cupboard for waste bins. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a brick wall with oak beams. The farm style ‘barn’ door is split and opens as a top or both. There is a quaint brass bell and pulley system connected as a door bell in keeping with the Victorian style.  There is a wall mounted gas central heating boiler It is recognised that there is some work to do at No 2.  New windows and a new front door frame are needed.  This has been estimated at £2300 by a local company.  This is reflected in the price. The rear door frame has recently been replaced. The lounge area is wired for SKY and Freesat with dish, Freeview aerial, FM Radio aerial. Telephone points in lounge and bedroom, and cellar if needed. The roof is serviced annually and is in good order. The loft is fully insulated and the windows and doors have weatherstrips
